MMA Cage fighting copy-cat crimes

Here are some ‘copy-cat’ crimes of the MMA cage fighting industry by fans and like-minds:
(Fan based induced violence, parents influencing & coaching children in
illegal street attacks-fighting, backyard fighting as dozens watch etc..)

 

Mother Ramona Ann Thompson (49) and daughter Karreston Kinyada Hill (17)
arrested for assault, inciting a riot and disorderly conduct.
(Cobb County, NY) - 2016
** Thompson (49) grabbed an unidentified teenage girl by the hair, pinned her to the ground
and encouraged her daughter, Karreston Hill (17) to commit crime by saying “KICK HER!.. CUT HER!! STOMP ON HER! BEAT HER!”
As 25 teenagers crowded around and watched it like a cage fight. The teen suffered many lacerations on her face.
Hill used a case cutter to wickedly cut up her face. Thompson was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon, affray, inciting a riot,
disorderly conduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Hill (17) was charged with aggravated assault and affray.

Mother Nickia Dickerson (32) was arrested and charged with 6 misdemeanors for forcing her 14 year
old son to fight a 13 year old in the street while others watch.
(Schenectady, NY) - 2012
** Dickerson was charged with 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child, 2 counts of reckless endangerment, 1 count
of facilitation and 1 count of menacing. Dickerson was captured on the Oct. 11 video encouraging the fight in the middle of 6th Avenue
near Pleasant Street and stopping traffic to allow it to continue, Lt. Mark McCracken said. 

A Schenectady mother was arrested (name & age not made public) and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
She forced and encouraged her 13 year old daughter by saying “KICK… PUNCH… FIGHT!!!” another girl
while 30 people watched the fight like a cage fighting match on TV. This event was recorded on cellphone camera.

‘Teen dies in Delaware high school fight, mayor says’
16-year-old Amy Joyner died Thursday morning after being assaulted inside a school bathroom by several other students.
"Whenever we had a problem, she would come to us and talk to us, and I never would of thought she would be the girl that
would get killed like that," said 10th grade student Atiyya Wilkes. The brutal attack happened just after 8:15 a.m.
Thursday at the vocational-technical high school, located in the 400 block of East 12th Street. She was airlifted to A.I. duPont
Hospital for Children, where she was pronounced dead. Several witnesses say the murder was filmed by the bystanders
on their phones to post on social media.

'Death of 10-year-old involved in school fight declared a homicide'
Joanna Ramos, a fifth-grade student at Willard Elementary School, died of blunt force trauma to the head six hours after an
altercation with a female classmate that lasted less than a minute, said Long Beach Police spokesman Sgt. Rico Fernandez. In a statement,
police said Ramos and her unidentified classmate had challenged each other to a planned fight when their school session ended Friday.
"The two girls met in a nearby alley next to a church and began hitting each other," Fernandez said.

'30 Girls arrested after school fight at Pittsburgh University'
A large girl fight broke out inside the University Prep School around 10 a.m. According to Pittsburgh Public Schools.
The fight escalated to about 30 female being involved in total and involved screaming, biting, kicking and punches being thrown.

'Tampa mother wants justice after her son is involved in school fight'
 A fight at a Tampa Bay area school was caught on camera.  The incident at East Bay High School had children throwing punches,
and at least one parent was involved in the brawl. Tiffany Doby says her ninth-grade son was jumped, beaten and punched by at
least two other students in a fight on the campus of East Bay High School in Gibsonton. Her son was suspended for
three days while the two kids accused of beating him up now face criminal charges.
